are Americans having fun yet?
..one key difference between Americans and Europeans is the "entrepreneurial spirit" which is stronger in the U.S. the vast space and the seemingly limitless resources of the continent give every person in America the sense that it is there for the taking. this probably has its roots in early European immigrants who ventured to America precisely seeking new frontiers and what they saw - unlimited lands and resources encouraged them to work harder than ever.
