studies such as this one is the blatant omission of what too much animal protein (except fish) can do to your heart - the high risk of coronary heart disease. it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the only way to increase muscle mass and maintain it is through exercise. expert advice seems necessary to remind people that simple carbohydrates is the culprit and what the body needs is complex carbohydrates (green vegetables and fruits). the dangerous long term effects of too much bad protein which is highly documented in the scientific community escapes most people.
