interns be warned
..just because one works for free doesn't mean he or she is indispensable even in today's challenging times. that is what most interns are finding out as they compete for work this summer. an internship, even if unpaid, is a serious career step and interns need to be aware that their performance are being monitored. so interns, keep those clothes sharp, show up early for work and keep those spirits up. you might just be one good performance away from being hired.
