the short on skimpy shorts
..the assault to common decency is on in the name of fashion elan. summer brings out the best and the worst that fashion can offer. what is wrong with this picture? self-expression is desirable only if tempered with personal responsibility that takes into account the greater good of society and the preservation of its moral conduct. to flaunt the body publicly with no regard for its effects on minors and children (as a case in point) is irresponsible.
