..don't look now but you may start to receive unsolicited calls over your celphone in the coming months. new rules from FTC (e.g. portability rule where you can keep your landline number when you switch to wireless) may result in unintended consequences making it easier for telemarketers to obtain your number as it is being shared despite assurances from phone companies on the contrary.
