THE AGING OF EUROPE
..Europeans are getting older by the thousands and there are not enough young workers catching up fast to support the aging population. You would think immigrants will have a field day in Europe but governments discourage foreigners from staying for political reasons rather than sensible economics. Will they increase the retirement age and force the elderly to work longer? Will the siesta or famous 30-hr. workweek finally disappear? Stay tuned..
