35 DAYS 35 NIGHTS
.. Does it really matter how long the President's vacation is? Will it improve his performance if he cut it short? I doubt that to be the case. The crucial number is not the 5 week vacation George Bush is taking albeit it is the longest ever in 36 years. It is that 3.5 years left into his presidency, he has surpassed Ronald Reagan's total in all two terms with more opportunities to go for more. The first MBA president, you can argue that Bush II is only practicing the virtues his business experience taught him. Be that as it may, his presidency will be judged according to the legacy of accomplishments he will leave and not the number of vacations he took.
