COMPUTER GLITCH 
.. There are ways to get around automated company answering services. I discovered this accidentally at work when the automated customer service repeatedly could not understand my voice response selection when I needed help for my HP work laptop. Out of frustration I just unconsciously punched the number 0 and the computer voice responder forwarded me to a live agent.
